We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Total Rewards Manager to drive the implementation of Total Rewards programs & solutions throughout the Market aligned with Corporate Policies with Regional Total Rewards Team guidance in order to ensure that rewards offering are relevant & differentiated in attracting, retaining and motivating our talent while fostering a high performance culture.

A day in the life of...

  • In collaboration with the Regional Total Rewards team, responsible to design and implement the local Total Rewards strategy in alignment with the global Total Rewards Policy
  • Define and Implement the Local Benefits program to ensure that Nestl\xc3\xa9 is offering competitive benefits that strongly contributes to people\'s attraction and retention.
  • In collaboration with the Regional Total Rewards team, to lead and ensure flawless execution of the annual Total Rewards processes and ensure compliance with the local labor/tax legislation during these processes.
  • Responsible to embed Pay for Performance culture thru differentiated rewards via effective base salary strategy and variable pay schemes
  • Responsible in reviewing and confirming the competitive salary structures & ranges proposed by regional Total Rewards team based on the local talent context and aligned with Total Reward Strategy/ Positioning.
  • Support with Job Evaluation for new or significantly reviewed roles/ positions.
  • Drive effective Total Rewards communication to create awareness and enhance understanding of employees on Total Rewards offering
  • Responsible to lead the Total Rewards Cost Management
  • Responsible to implement local or global recognition programs and drive a recognition culture through embedding such programs
  • Work closely with Global Mobility Hub to ensure competitive and fair packages for employees (senior manager and above) on promotion/transferred within the unit of responsibility including communication to respective employee.
What Will Make You Successful
  • 8 to 10 years of relevant working experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Total Rewards including 1 to 2 years\' experience in leading Total Rewards team.
  • Have strong functional expertise in end-to-end Total Rewards which includes strategic and operational experience.
  • Have strong change management, stakeholder management and influencing skill
  • Able to collaborate and cooperate with different stakeholders to achieve business objective.
