Job Description


Currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Rewards Manager to join a reputable local conglomerate. As the Rewards Manager, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the company\'s total rewards programs to attract, retain, and motivate top talent across the organization.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive rewards strategies aligned with the company\'s overall business objectives and talent management goals.
  • Design and administer competitive and innovative compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, incentives, bonuses, and recognition programs.
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure the company\'s rewards offerings remain competitive within the industry and local market.
  • Oversee the annual performance and salary review processes, ensuring fairness, consistency, and adherence to company policies.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to provide expert advice on compensation and benefits for new hires, promotions, and transfers.
  • Monitor and analyze employee compensation trends, recommending adjustments to maintain market competitiveness and internal equity.
  • Manage the benefits programs, evaluating existing offerings and introducing new benefits to meet the evolving needs of employees.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
  • Lead and participate in compensation surveys and conduct analysis to support decision-making.
  • Work closely with HRIS teams to ensure accurate and timely rewards data management and reporting.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in total rewards, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master\'s degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Rewards Manager or similar role, preferably in a local conglomerate or large organization.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing rewards strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and conduct salary benchmarking.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate rewards programs to stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and HR Business Partners.
  • Strong attention to detail and a focus on accuracy in data management and reporting.
  • High level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive compensation information.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
