Job Description


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Rewards Specialist to lead the compensation and benefits programs. Responsibilities include developing, implementing, and managing programs that align with the company\'s strategic objectives and ensure the ability to attract, retain, and motivate top talent.

  • Analyze intricate human resources and total rewards data, generating reports, visual aids, and recommendations. These insights inform decision-making and strategic planning aligned with the organization\'s goals, values, and financial framework. Tasks include devising and implementing compensation and benefits programs, overseeing the annual merit review process, and ensuring adherence to legal mandates.
  • Assume ownership of reward-related processes, encompassing payroll, salary reviews, bonus allocation, job grading, and harmonization. This involves maintaining suitable salary ranges, benchmarking benefits against industry peers, and conducting survey activities.
  • Lead the synchronization of local benefits to facilitate efficient, punctual, and precise benefit enrollment and processing.
  • Uphold compliance within reward processes, including meticulous data management, ensuring accuracy, security, and adherence to data protection regulations.
  • Oversee the reward facet of all People policies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company values and goals while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Develop and maintain clear, comprehensive terms and conditions, employee handbooks, and other contractual documentation, ensuring consistency and legality in all reward-related matters.
  • Stay informed about market trends and best practices in total rewards management, making proactive recommendations to enhance the organization\'s rewards strategy.
  • Collaborate with HR leadership to drive employee engagement and retention initiatives by tailoring rewards and benefits programs to align with evolving employee needs and preferences.
  • Provide expertise in the design and execution of recognition programs that celebrate employee achievements and contributions, fostering a culture of appreciation and motivation.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments of rewards programs to ensure effectiveness, competitiveness, and alignment with business objectives.

  • Holds a Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Accumulated 5-8 years of experience in total rewards management, preferably with a background in consulting.
  • Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Demonstrates robust analytical skills, facilitating data analysis and formulation of effective solutions.
  • Exhibits exceptional communication skills, both in written and verbal contexts.
  • Displays meticulous attention to detail and accuracy, consistently meeting deadlines.
  • Possesses resourcefulness, agility, and adaptability. Stays updated with industry trends and best practices.
  • Strong understanding of local and international labour laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
  • Demonstrates ability to collaborate and lead cross-functional teams in a dynamic organizational environment.
