To produce good work quality per the specifications.
Feedback to Supervisor, Leader or Manager when stuck lot.
To always follow the line procedures whilst carrying out duties.
Must have good attendance, discipline and flexible at workplace.
To inform superior immediately when a discrepancy is found.
Must comply with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 requirements.
To maintain a good housekeeping practice.
Job Requirements:
SPM or certificate.
1-2 years of working experience as operators.
Preferably with experience in Die-bond and Wire bond process.
Able to work in rotation shift
