Rework Technician (pcba)
Job Description
1. Setup rework capabilities and stations.
2. Train and certify operators on rework and soldering skills.
3. Manage daily rework WIP and throughput.
4. Preventive maintenance of rework tools and machine.
5. Manage rework team, achieve the clearance and closure of defective products, and meet the timely closure of production lines.
6. Provide daily analysis and summary reports to assist the production team in continuously improving product yield.
7. Participate in batch or abnormal fault analysis, generate failure analysis reports, and share them with the team to improve yield.
8. Reduce the loss rate of maintenance materials and control the scrap rate of maintenance products to save costs for the company.
9. Assist in improving production yield, lead the analysis of functional defects that occur during the testing phase of products and propose improvement measures.
10. Propose further improvement suggestions for the product and evaluate whether the improvement plan is reasonable.
11. Any ad-hoc tasks as per assigned by the manager.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
