Reach out to potential riders from a lead list provided by the client.
Verify and collect key details including their full name, personal information and also preferred coverage area.
Provide clear, step-by-step guidance to riders on how to download and set up the client's mobile application.
Assist riders in uploading and submitting all necessary documents through the app.
Ensure all submitted information is accurate and complete.
Document call results and keep records of all interactions properly updated.
Job Requirement:
Strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia (English proficiency is an advantage).
Patient and able to provide clear instructions over the phone.
Comfortable using and explaining mobile applications.
Detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy and quality of data.
Basic computer and smartphone literacy.
Prior experience in customer service, call center, or telemarketing is a plus.
