About the Role
We are hiring a
Rider Program Manager
to own the
end-to-end rider program
, covering acquisition, onboarding, coaching, and ongoing performance management.
This is a
high-responsibility, KPI-owned role
for experienced operators who can run rider programs independently, move fast, and make hard decisions without hand-holding or constant supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Rider Acquisition & Onboarding:
Manage rider intake end-to-end: hiring, interviews, document verification, onboarding coordination, and ensuring riders go live quickly and correctly.
Onboarding Speed & Process Discipline:
Drive fast onboarding from approval to live status, identify bottlenecks, and continuously improve processes to reduce onboarding cycle time.
Rider Coaching & Enablement:
Set clear expectations for new riders, coach riders in their early stages, and provide guidance to improve consistency, responsiveness, and discipline.
Ongoing Performance Management:
Monitor rider activity weekly, identify inactive or underperforming riders early, and take corrective action through coaching, warnings, pauses, or exits when required.
Active Rider Management:
Maintain a healthy, productive rider base by reactivating capable riders and decisively exiting riders who consistently fail to meet standards.
Revenue & Program Outcomes:
Improve rider productivity and utilisation, contributing to stable and growing weekly rider program revenue.
Reporting & Escalation:
Maintain accurate rider trackers in Google Sheets/CRM, submit weekly KPI summaries, and escalate material operational, financial, and compliance risks.
Requirements
3-5 years proven experience
in rider programs, fleet operations, or gig-economy operations (delivery riders, drivers, or field teams).
Track record managing
rider onboarding, coaching, performance issues, pauses, and exits in a fast-paced operational environment.
Strong understanding of
rider performance management, utilisation tracking, and enforcing activity standards.
Proven ability to
improve onboarding speed and maintain a high percentage of active riders.
Experience working with
revenue-linked operations and accountability for weekly performance outcomes.
Skilled in using
Google Sheets (formulas, filters, basic pivots), WhatsApp-based workflows, and CRM-style trackers.
Comfortable coordinating with internal and external parties to
remove bottlenecks and resolve issues.
Fluent in
English
(spoken & written); Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin are a plus.
Additional Android phone
to login company's whatsapp account,
laptop/desktop with webcam, fast and stable internet
(recommended ?20 Mbps down / 10 Mbps up), headset, and quiet working space suitable for remote operations.
Highly independent and self-driven -- able to own rider program outcomes without constant supervision or training.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
