Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Perform rigging and lifting activities for heavy loads using cranes, hoists, and approved lifting equipment. Inspect all rigging gear such as slings, shackles, wire ropes, and lifting accessories prior to use to ensure they are in safe working condition. Secure and fasten loads correctly to ensure stability and safety during lifting operations. Communicate clearly with the Crane Operator using standard hand signals or communication devices during lifting activities. Lifting Plan
, safety procedures, and site HSE requirements. Identify potential hazards and report unsafe conditions to the Supervisor or Lifting Supervisor. Maintain good housekeeping in the work area before and after lifting operations. Work closely with the Lifting Supervisor, Crane Operator, and site team to ensure safe and efficient operations.Job Requirements:
Proven experience as a Rigger Man in construction, industrial, or related projects. Valid Rigger certification (CIDB / NIOSH / DOSH or equivalent, subject to project requirements). Knowledge of lifting safety procedures and standard hand signals. Physically fit and able to work in a construction site environment. Responsible, safety-conscious, and able to work well in a team.

Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
