Location: KL Tenure: Permanent role Salary : Basic Salary Responsibilities: . Verify the source of principal data with a sharp eye for detail. . Dive into the data ocean, collecting and analyzing user transaction records. . Conduct thorough financial fraud reviews, identifying patterns and trends to reduce the risk of fraud. . Be the trusted advisor for customers, guiding them on processes that mitigate and manage fraud risk. . Always maintain professionalism in interactions with customers and teammates. . Investigate system-raised cases to identify potential fraud. . Review client identity and financial documents diligently. . Verify all new real money accounts, addressing automated KYC check failures. . Systematically process incoming documentation, ensuring accuracy against customer profile data. . Report incidents, bugs, and malfunctions promptly to the Team/Shift Lead. . Prioritize and work efficiently based on set priorities and current business needs. Job Requirements . Energetic and proactive mindset with a \'can do\' attitude. . Quick to respond to the evolving needs of the company. . Self-driven, organized, and adaptable to fast-paced environments. . Robust knowledge of banking regulations, with experience in fraud prevention and detection using tools like Fraud Risk Identification Service (FRIS) case management/alert system. . Understanding of financial crimes, particularly cyber fraud methods and threats. . Exposure of Gaming, Web3, Fintech, and Payment Gateway businesses, along with proficiency in risk management concepts and practices. . Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access), with a bonus for competency in SQL query language and working with relational databases. . Strong analytical abilities to identify weaknesses in systems and determine root causes. . Unwavering attention to detail and accuracy in the investigation of cases. . Goal-oriented individuals with a strong commitment to completing tasks and delivering high-quality results. . Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse professionals in achieving successful job performance. . Comfortable handling large datasets, skilled in analyzing and synthesizing complex information independently to make sound investigative decisions.
