Minimum degree holder
At least 6 month of relevant work experience in customer service, compliance or e-commerce
Fluent in MANDARIN ( native or local speakers welcome )
Willing to work on 7 Day rotational shifts

Responsibilities

Handle email, chat and voice support for e-commerce customer
Perform checks on suspicious or faulty transaction
Follow KYC and AML/CTF compliance guidelines
Deliver excellent customer service while mitigating risks
