Job Description

• Bachelor\'s degree or above, with majors in law, finance, risk management, or related fields preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in contract risk control or related fields.
• Familiarity with contract management processes and relevant laws and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities, capable of effectively collaborating with different departments.
• Meticulous, with a strong sense of responsibility and professional ethics.
• Proficient in using office software, with good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and analyze risk factors in various company contracts.
• Develop and implement contract risk control strategies and processes.
• Supervise the contract execution process to ensure compliance and risk control.
• Work closely with legal, financial, and operational teams to ensure the rationality and enforceability of contract terms.
• Regularly review and update contract risk control policies and procedures.
• Provide training and support on contract risk management.
• Prepare and submit contract risk control reports, providing suggestions and improvement plans to management.
