At least 3 years of experience in contract risk control or related fields.
Familiarity with contract management processes and relevant laws and regulations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and coordination abilities, capable of effectively collaborating with different departments.
Meticulous, with a strong sense of responsibility and professional ethics.
Proficient in using office software, with good written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
Evaluate and analyze risk factors in various company contracts.
Develop and implement contract risk control strategies and processes.
Supervise the contract execution process to ensure compliance and risk control.
Work closely with legal, financial, and operational teams to ensure the rationality and enforceability of contract terms.
Regularly review and update contract risk control policies and procedures.
Provide training and support on contract risk management.
Prepare and submit contract risk control reports, providing suggestions and improvement plans to management.
