Risk Management Lead Logistic & Supply Chain, Shopee Xpress
Job Description
: Overseeing both teams (Risk PMO & External Relations) in order to ensure completion of Risk Management initiatives in a timely manner Consistently assessing and monitoring risks together with practical mitigation strategies within Shopee Xpress Provide strategies and suggestions in managing risk related issues in Shopee Xpress Liaising with different teams across all functions (eg. operations, legal, asset management, fleet management, HR & etc.) to monitor and update potential operational risk exposures Setting up processes, SOP & guidelines in relation to risk management operational function Requirements: Bachelor\'s Degree and above At least 5 years of relevant hands-on experience in risk management / compliance / law enforcement Experienced leader and able to manage a team effectively Great communication skills and be able to work with different stakeholders Strong analytical / problem-solving abilities and attention to details Comfortable working in a dynamic environment
