Description Primary Objective: Design effective risk tools and risk reports for Senior Management\'s consumption. Engage respective Risk Pillar Heads at Group level to develop risk management capability for Investment Bank (IB) and Regional IB Engage Group Credit Controls to align credit controls across IB and Regional IB Plan and monitor the team\'s progress with regards to review of policies, guidelines and manuals, new products/services/businesses as well as other risk initiatives for IB and Regional IB Coordinator and reviewer of operational risk tools (RCSA, KRI etc.) and annual Risk Appetite Setting for IB and Regional IB Regular dialogues with Risk Pillar Heads as well as overseas subsidiaries risk teams to improve communication and information flows across the Group. Key Responsibilities: Improve communication and information flow across the Group Engage, advise on and deliberate risk issues with IB Regional CEO, IB Regional Business Heads and other functional heads across the region Regular check-in with all Risk Heads across the region to identify and ensure salient risk issues/areas at regional level are highlighted to Head Office Engage Group Risk Pillar Heads to ensure that IB and Regional IB risk issues/areas are addressed. Risk Reporting and Controls Proactive engagement with Group Risk Pillar Heads and Group Credit Control to align risk controls across the Group. Proactive engagement with Group Risk Pillar Heads and Regional IB Risk Heads to ensure risk reports to Management Committees at Head Office are relevant and effective. Plan and monitor progress of risk initiatives and action plans. Plan, review and monitor progress of alignment in respective countries\' risk framework, guidelines and processes. Risk Assessments and Risk Appetite/Limit Setting Review and propose the Group\'s High Level Approving Authority for the IB and Regional IB Business. Review and deliberate all risk limits for IB and Regional IB before submission to Management Committees for approval. Master Coordinator and Challenger for RCSA, MRA and KRI for IB and Regional IB before submission to Management Committees for approval. Master Coordinator and Challenger for annual Risk Appetite Setting for IB and Regional IB before submission to Management Committees for approval. Requirements Requirements: Bachelor Degree - . Minimum 7 years of experience in Finance or related fields.
