Kelayakan

• Minimum 3 years in banking/finance or investment company
• Experience in investment banking or M&A is an added advantage
• Excellent communication skills with a demonstrated ability to write effectively
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft office
• Strong project management skills with the ability to perform well under pressure
• Organized, detailed-oriented, resourceful and solutions-oriented work approach
• Qualities of being a team player
• Good to have interest in the investment/ capital market.
• Good command of English and Mandarin, both written and spoken is required for this role
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Have no issue to based at KL

Tanggungjawab

• Managing and overseeing various types of assets on behalf of clients.
• Provide professional investment management services with the goal of growing and preserving their clients\' wealth.
• Handle daily operations of general secretarial duties and provide administrative support on official and personal affairs to EVP
• Organize and manage confidential documents, correspondence, record and maintain and organized filing for smooth days retrieving
• Facilitate communications with members, regulators, stakeholders and external parties
• Liaise with accountant, auditor, banker and any other professionals in coordinating the efficient and timely flow of information and documents

• Salary: Up to RM 10,000 Basic

• Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm/ 10 am - 6 pm
