• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor\'s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English, and Mandarin
• At least 5 to 8 Year(s) of working experience in the F&B is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): Good communication skills, computer literate, writing skills.
• Preferably Manager specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
• Possess own transport.
• Knowledge in cost management will be an added advantage.
• Able to work independently & immediately.

Tanggungjawab

• Responsible for overall F&B HR related matter and Operation

• Responsible for and manage overall Human Resource functions independently or managing a team

• Review and improve Company Policy and Procedures Employee Handbook (HR Policies, Procedures, and Manual)

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including succession planning, workforce planning, headcount planning, salary bench-marking etc

• To review and update compensation and benefits packages and policies.

• To ensure HR records are in proper filing and retrieval system for accurate files...

Remuneration Package:

• Basic Salary: RM 10,000 (Subject to candidate\'s experiences & last withdrawn salary)
