Kelayakan

• Possess a Diploma/Degree in Finance/Business Management or equivalent is preferred.
• Fluent Mandarin & English (Both Spoken & Written)
• Possess minimum 3-5 years project management experience in finance/investment holding company
• Prior leadership experience is highly desirable.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills and excellent interpersonal and partnership skills
• Demonstrates a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently, self-motivated and goal oriented
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• Have no issue to work in fast-paced environment, with changes and uncertainty.

Tanggungjawab

• Leads a wide array of activities associated with project planning and management to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget and to client specifications
• Manages and oversees end to end project management activities mainly for public listed companies such as project reporting, project planning, issue/risk identification and tracking, scope management, estimation, client management, relationship management and other project documentation preparation
• Develops detailed project plans and schedules, including goals, risks, and resource allocation.
• Maintains regular contact with clients and coordinates and reports on project progress and accomplishments.
• Monitors project results for significant deviations. Contributes to vendor and client relations to ensure that service expectations are developed and met.

• Work closely with the operation of other departments and any ad-hoc measures can be handled firmly.
