Job Description
Immediate Intake (via phone call/online interview)
Intake 05th AugustJob Scope:
- Handle all customer interactions (e.g. inbound calls).
- Educate customers about telco\'s products and services.Basic Salary:
RM2100 - RM2250
Rotational Shift
Working 5 days, 2 off day (rotational), earliest shift 7 am, last shift ended by 12 am
Working Location:
UOA Business Park, Subang Jaya (near to LRT Subang Jaya)Benefits:
- Allowances
Shift Allowance: shift ended 8.30 pm and above (RM 10/ shift), 2.30 pm - 12 am (RM 30/ shift)
Performance Bonus: RM 100 monthly, RM 500 quarterly.

- OTRequirements:
- Minimum qualification SPM with Certificate
- Has experience working in Customer Service is an added advantage
- Able to communicate well in English and Bahasa Melayu
- Fresh Graduate are welcome
- Malaysian only.
