Min SPM qualification or fresh graduates
Proficient in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia (Read, Speak, Type) (must understand these 3 languages)*
Have no issue to work on Rotational Shift with 5 working days (9 hours per shift including 1-hour break time, 7am - 3am).
Have no issue to based at Petaling Jaya Office, Selangor

Ability to handle all inbound and outbound calls in regarding to customers\' general inquiries.
Willing to assist customers to solve their problems and issues on time by using good communication skill and positive attitude.
Work in a team to achieve targeted KPI.

Manfaat

Monthly Salary: RM 2,800 basic + Up to RM 400 Night Shift Allowance + Up to RM 300 KPI Allowance + OT Claim (min RM 10 per hour)
