Requirements
- Applicants with SPM qualification or fresh graduates
- Proficient in Mandarin, English and BM
- Have no issue to work on Rotational Shift with 5 working days (9 hours per shift including 1-hour break time, 7am - 3am).
- Have no issue to based at Petaling Jaya Office, Selangor
- Able to start working on 15 March 2023
- Ability to handle all inbound and outbound calls in regarding to customers\' general inquiries.
- Assist customers to solve their problems and issues on time by using good communication skill and positive attitude.
- Work in a team to achieve targeted KPI.
- Monthly Salary: RM 2,000 basic + Up to RM 400 Night Shift Allowance + Up to RM 300 KPI Allowance + OT Claim (min RM 10 per hour)
- Annual leaves + Medical leaves + EPF + SOCSO
- Career advancement (internal promotion)
- 1 month paid training provided

- Closed to Ara Damansara LRT / Subang Jaya Komuter
