Requirements

Possess at least a qualification in SPM or above.
Fluent in communicating in English and Mandarin (read, speak, type).
Willing to work based on 24 hours rotational shifts (9 hours per shift) with 2 rotational offdays.
Willing to work based in office: Bayan Baru, Penang.
Able to join on the following dates: 16, 21, 28 or 31 August 2023.
Fresh Graduates are welcome, immediate joiners will be an added advantage

Salary Package: RM 2700 \xe2\x80\x93 RM 3200 Basic (subject to interview performance) + RM 300 Language Allowance (FIXED) + RM30/day Night Shift Allowance (1 am onwards) + 13th Month Bonus

Scopes:

Responsibilities

Review seller, business, and product information, short videos, and live streams to ensure legal compliance and safety of content uploaded to the platform.
Review Product related moderation from seller and creator to ensure they are within the guidelines.
Become and remain knowledgeable and passionate about leading E-Commerce products and service standards.
Review contents within agreed latency SLA and standards of quality.
Label Videos, Store Content, and Text content as per policy guidelines.
Review Incoming Requests, perform analysis and report any risks from Buyer/Seller/Creator.
