Requirements

• Possess good proficiency in English and Mandarin (Speak, read and type)

IT background fresh graduates with interest in client relation or sales field are welcomed!! * 1 year of experience in IT sales field would be an added advantage.

• Must possess own transport and have no issue travelling within Klang Valley
• Good active listening , problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to build good rapport and have good collaboration within the company and clients
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Working location is located in Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya

Responsibilities

• Have good communication with clients and understanding their needs
• Identify sales opportunities for IT Solution
• Possess up to date knowledge regarding the products and services provided by the company
• Helps resolve any complaint or enquiries by faced by the clients regarding the products and services to improve their customer engagement experience
• Have good cooperation with internal team to improve and fulfil the customers\' needs

Benefits

• Salary package : Basic RM 3000 - RM 3500 (subject to experience and interview performance) + commission
