Requirements

• Candidate with SPM level qualification.
• Able to speak fluently in Traditional Mandarin is a must (Read, Speak, Type)!
• Basic English is acceptable for this role.
• Applicant must be willing to work on 24 hours Rotational Shift (9 hours per shift), 5 days working per week when required: (Schedule will be given weekly/monthly)
• Have no issue to be based at Johor Office
• Able to join on 30th March 2023

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls about food delivery services in Taiwan.
• Provide information to customers regarding food delivery information.
• To handle all incoming and email calls related to food delivery services
• To provide transportation information to facilitate customer travel

RM 3,000 Basic + KPI Allowance Max RM 400 + Night Shift Allowance Max RM 300 + OT Claim (Average all-in salary RM 3,000 - RM 4,000) * EPF, SOCSO, 12 days of Annual Leave, 14 days of Medical Leave
