Fresh graduates / entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
At least 6 months working experience in customer service
Proficiency in Mandarin and English (verbal, read, typing)
Willing to commit on 4.5 days work per week or 5 days work per week (Fixed Sunday offday)
Willing to work at 7:30am - 6pm rotational shift from Monday - Friday (9 hours work included 1 hour break per day)
Willing to work at 9am - 1pm (half day work) on Saturday (if any)
Able to work in office, Petaling Jaya (fully on-site)
Preferable to start working on 18 September 2024

Handling daily inbound calls, email, chat to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related to the company\'s services
Maintain deep understand of standard operating procedures (SOP) to ensure highest and most accurate form of support
Handling multiple chat with multiple issue at the same time
Provide efficient service to troubleshoot technical problems
Provide primary technical advice to customers with practical information and tools
Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements SLA
