Kelayakan

  • College degree or above, preferably in administrative management, human resources, or related fields. Able to communicate in Mandarin and English
  • Relevant working experience is preferred, and excellent graduates are acceptable. Possession of a driver\'s license is preferred.
  • Proficient in using office software such as MS Office, familiar with office document workflow and commonly used office equipment.
  • Have good communication skills, organization and coordination skills, and strong team spirit.
  • Have no issue to base at Bayan Lepas
Tanggungjawab
  • Responsible for daily document work in the office, including sorting, filing, copying, and distributing files.
  • Responsible for procurement and inventory management of office supplies.
  • Assist in organizing meetings and events, including booking meeting rooms, preparing meeting materials, and recording meeting minutes.
  • Responsible for receiving visitors and answering phone calls, promptly conveying relevant information and answering general inquiries.
  • Assist in handling daily administrative tasks, such as scheduling, document organization, and preparation of reports.
