Job Description
Requirements:
- Candidate must be a Diploma or Degree Holder in any discipline.
- Proven experience in business management, marketing, or a related field is often preferred.
- Language: Mandarin, English, BM
- Superior understanding of food and beverage service and production.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Salary: RM 2,500 - 4,000 (Subject to work experience and interview performance)

- Oversee daily operations of the outlet, including opening and closing procedures.
- Plan and update the menu, considering customer preferences and cost-effectiveness.

- Set sales targets and work towards achieving them and upsell products and services to increase revenue.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide training and development opportunities for staff to improve their skills and advance in their careers.
