- Suitable for applicants with SPM qualification or fresh graduates
- Proficient in Mandarin and English, Cantonese will be an additional advantage
- Traditional Mandarin (Read, Type)
- Min 6 months of call center experience is required.
- Have no issue to work on Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, and Public Holiday
- Have no issue to based at Kuala Lumpur
- Able to join intake date: Feb 2024
- Handle all inbound calls, email and livechat in regarding to customers\' general inquiries.
- Ready to assist customers to solve their problems and issues on time.
- Handle customer\'s with professional manner to maintain customer\'s satisfaction
- Work in a team to achieve targeted KPI.
- Salary Package: RM4,000 to 4,500 + KPI Allowance
- EPF & SOCSO
- Training provided (With Basic Salary Given)
