  • Suitable for applicants with SPM qualification or fresh graduates
  • Proficient in Mandarin and English, Cantonese will be an additional advantage
  • Traditional Mandarin (Read, Type)
  • Min 6 months of call center experience is required.
  • Have no issue to work on Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, and Public Holiday
  • Have no issue to based at Kuala Lumpur
  • Able to join intake date: Feb 2024
Tanggungjawab
  • Handle all inbound calls, email and livechat in regarding to customers\' general inquiries.
  • Ready to assist customers to solve their problems and issues on time.
  • Handle customer\'s with professional manner to maintain customer\'s satisfaction
  • Work in a team to achieve targeted KPI.
Manfaat
  • Salary Package: RM4,000 to 4,500 + KPI Allowance
