Job Description

Job Responsibility Develop, implement and manage comprehensive email marketing strategies, campaigns, and automated flows to drive customer engagement, brand awareness, conversions, and retentions. Create engaging email content, subject lines, and calls-to-action to maximize open rates, click-through rates, and conversions. Implement and manage strategic user journeys and automated triggered journeys to nurture leads and drive customer retention. Conduct A/B testing and analyze campaign performance to optimize key metrics and drive continuous improvement. Generate regular reports on email marketing performance and provide actionable insights to optimize future campaigns. QA and troubleshoot email campaigns across different email clients, devices and browsers. Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge. Understand and know how to perform customer segmentation and execute personalized targeting campaigns. Job Requirements Possess minimum 2 years of hand-on experience in email marketing or marketing. Required language(s): English and Mandarin is preferred as the role requires dealing with China and Hong Kong counterpart. Experience with email marketing systems, Hubspot or AWS Pinpoint is preferred. Experience in content writing (MUST). Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus. Familiarity with other email platforms such as Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, and GetResponse or similar tools is an added advantage. Candidate experience with user journey (onboarding, retention) is an added advantage. Possesses strong writing skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team under tight deadlines. Effective time management and organizational skills. Possess strong understanding of email marketing concepts, metrics and best practices.
