Kelayakan

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in relevant function, preferably candidate with audit experience and similar industry.
• Attention to details and accuracy.
• Familiar with a full set of accounting and SST submission.
• Problem solver and team player.
• Independent and ability to work with tight deadline and possess work commitment.
• Possess own transport, and have no issue to start work on short notice.

Tanggungjawab

• Day to day accounting works and admin works.
• Assist in preparation of full set month end closing.
• Assist in preparation of tax matters.
• Maintain proper filing of all accounts transactions and maintain an up-to-date record on a weekly basis.
• Assist in Stamping for all agreements.
• Prepare weekly debtor aging report & follow up closely on Customer collection.
• Responsible for AP & AR month end closing.
• Administer the petty cash in/out transactions and request for replenishment as and when needed.
• Assist in the preparation of SST submission.
• Assist in yearly financial audits.
• To undertake any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Manfaat

• Up to RM 4,500 Basic (Subject to exp, last withdrawn salary, and interview performance)

Working Hour: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Mon to Fri (5 days work)

Working Location: Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya.
