Responsibilities

Have good communication with clients and understanding their needs
Identify sales opportunities for IT Solution
Possess up to date knowledge regarding the products and services provided by the company
Helps resolve any complaint or enquiries by faced by the clients regarding the products and services to improve their customer engagement experience
Have good cooperation with internal team to improve and fulfil the customers\' needs

Benefits

Salary package : Basic RM 3500 to RM 5,000 (subject to experience and interview performance) + commission
