- Candidate must be a Diploma or Degree Holder in any discipline.
- Proven experience in business management, marketing, or a related field is often preferred.
- Language: Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Superior understanding of food and beverage service and production.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Oversee and manage a group of stores, branches, or outlets within a designated geographic area.
- Formulate fruitful business development strategies to ensure long-term success.
- Optimize and oversee operations to ensure efficiency.
- Ensure that stock levels are adequate to meet customer demand.
- Address customer complaints and concerns effectively and implement initiatives to improve the overall customer experience.
- Ensure that staff is adequately trained in company policies, product knowledge, and customer service.
- Monitor compliance with company policies and standards.
- Salary: RM 3,500 - 5,000 (Subject to work experience and interview performance)
