Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any discipline.
Minimum 3 years\' managing experience in multiple F&B outlets.
Language: Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia
Strong managerial skills and the ability to influence and motivate a diverse team are required.
Strong analytical skills.

Manages day-to-day outlet operations, ensures quality, and standards, and meets the customers\' expectations on a daily basis.
Establish best practices to improve workflow, reduce delays, and improve overall customer experience.
Develop and manage budgets, maximize profitability, and meet Management\'s goals for sales.
Lead the F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training, creating work schedules, and appraising talented personnel.
Ensure the outlet complies with all health and safety regulations and food handling guidelines.
Leading, mentoring, and motivating a team of supervisors and employees while establishing a great work culture, teamwork, and superior service delivery.
