Requirements:

Candidate must be a Diploma or Degree Holder in any discipline.
Minimum 5 years\' managing experience in multiple F&B outlets.
Language: Mandarin, English, BM
Superior understanding of food and beverage service and production.
Experienced aptitude to supervise and motivate employees in order to meet client fulfillment and revenue goals.
Great organizational and time management abilities, as well as the ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting, are required.

Scopes:

Oversee and manage all F&B outlets operations.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue and profit goals.
Ensure food and beverage quality, presentation, and service meet established standards.
Manage and control food and beverage costs through effective purchasing and inventory management.
Recruit, train, and supervise F&B staff.
Establish work schedules, delegate responsibilities, and conduct performance evaluations.
Develop budgets and financial forecasts.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
