Job Description


  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent from a recognized institution
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
  • Experience in property development industry is an added advantage
  • Detailed with excellent problem-solving skills, proactive and able to meet tight deadline
  • Knowledge in IFCA software will be an added advantage
  • Well verse in Microsoft Office software
  • Excellent command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin - both verbal & written
Responsibilities
  • Able to handle full set of accounts and all financial reporting activities
  • Ensure timely and accurate monthly closing and yearly closing of account
  • Prepare financial analysis and update consolidation of accounts to ensure timely delivery of high quality and accurate financial data
  • Ensure financial and management reports and completed and submitted according to the schedule, determined by the management
  • Prepare inter-company reconciliation, bank reconciliation and monthly schedule (eg: fixed assets listing, prepayment, accruals listing & etc)
  • Ensure accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness.
  • Ensure accounting records and system are in compliance with company\'s policies and in accordance with accounting standards and statutory laws and regulations
  • Supervised accounting staff as required.
  • Provides guidance, advice and support to direct reports to ensure issues are resolved and addressed appropriately in a timely fashion
  • Hand on experience in handling taxation and statutory accounts; liaising with the external auditors, tax agent, government and other professional bodies
  • To communicate with all levels for daily related tasks
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned Job Competencies:
