Sulphur Recovery Unit (SRU) or/and Amine Treating ExperiencesDimensionsThe incumbent will be based in the current working/base location at the early stage of the project and will progressively be relocated to Bintulu R&M OGP Office to support the Commissioning, Start Up, and Operations of OGP.1. Reports to R&M Production Delivery Manager PU2.2. Staff Numbers: Direct reports \xe2\x80\x93 0, Indirect reports \xe2\x80\x93 0, Contractors \xe2\x80\x93 53. The incumbent will work on 12 hours shift cycle typically 4 or 8 consecutive day or night shifts, followed by 4 or 8 consecutive days off rotation cycle, subjected to requirements4. R&M OGP produces 800 MMscf/d of Gas and 17kboe/d of NGL with high Annual Operating Expenditure (OPEX). Gas production is expected to start in 2026 and will be piped to the neighboring Petronas Liquified Natural Gas complex. R&M fields are situated approximately 220km off the coast of Bintulu. The project comprises a remotely operated offshore platform and onshore gas plant, with infrastructure that includes one of the longest sour wet gas offshore pipelines in the world stretching more than 200km. R&M will be mainly powered by renewable energy; utilizing solar power offshore and hydroelectric power onshore.AccountabilitiesR&M OGP HSSE Management SystemRelentless pursuit of Goal zero target with no harm to people (Personal Safety) and no Leak (Process Safety)Carry out duties as site emergency response team member during drills and emergenciesCarry out audits of worksites including pro active safe behavior and document findingsCompletes Front-Line Barrier Management competence requirements in time for start-up of the R&M facility.TechnicalAble to lead other technicians to manage utilities systems including steam system, boilers, service water, instrument airs, nitrogen, and other utilities system for R&M OGP. Tasks includes but not limited to:-Work and interact with Process Team Leads, OR&A Engineers and Vendors to assist in detailed design,commissioning and operations for the systems including sub systems and interfaces to gain technical and operational knowledge of the plant and equipmentMonitor, track and maintain the operations of the plant within their operating envelopesIdentify, troubleshoots and normalize any abnormal operating and equipment conditions effectively and efficiently to minimize safety risks, economic losses including emissions control equipment and adjust it to meet State and Federal allowable limitsTo identify, analyze and recommend changes to improve overall plant reliability, performance and outputKnowledge of generating unit operation, engineering, or maintenance practicesAbility to read and interpret blueprints, schematic diagrams, procedures and technical manualsKnowledge of DCS and PLC ladder logicRunning trends to proactively diagnose potential issuesKnowledge of principles and operations of plant equipmentsKnowledge of P&ID\xe2\x80\x99s, single line diagrams, schematics and logic\xe2\x80\x99sProvide support for follow up on audits closure items and deviation controlProvide input into the weekly scheduling meeting, ensuring Process OT are able to carry out activitiesControl and monitor downtime and turnaround of Critical Process Equipment service/repairs and spares diligentlyAs and when there are business requirements, staff can be assigned more safety critical roles and technical tasksKey interfacesIncludes but not limited to:Internal:1.
