Purpose

You will have an opportunity to join as a Production Supervisor - Process & Utilities for the first Deepwater Sour Gas development in Sarawak, the Rosmari and Marjoram fields to deliver:

1. Lead the Team collaboration for safe production of hydrocarbon within Operating Envelope

2. Manage processes for high H2S acid gas removal, stabilization, sulphur recovery/palletization, and MEG system for export of sweet gas and sulphur to customers

3. Manage utilities systems including steam system, boilers, service water, instrument airs, nitrogen, and other utilities system for R&M OGP

The incumbent shall join R&M during project phase, commissioning & start-up and continue to operate R&M Onshore Gas Plant (OGP) for a minimum period of 4 years after its first gas.

The incumbent will be initially located at Miri Lutong Office to support Asset/Project with potential of Short-Term International Assignment (STIA) or Malaysia Short-Term Assignment (MSA) to develop talent\xe2\x80\x99s capability. Thereafter, the incumbent shall be relocated Bintulu to support the CSU, RFSU and OPERATE of OGP.

Accountabilities

1. Leads, develops, and aligns Production Teams, Assistant Production Supervisor, and Contractors to achieve company business principles, vision, and mission.

2. Management of Major Emergency Response

3. Complies with the law, standards, and procedures. Intervene in unsafe or non-compliant situations with respect. These includes, but not limited to:- Asset Management System(AMS), Process Safety Fundamentals, Our Life-Saving Rules, HSSE & SP Policy and Commitment, and Goal Zero \xe2\x80\x93 No Harm/No Leak

4. Maintains a competent and certified team with focus on enhancing individual competencies per Competence Development, Assurance and Planning (CDAP) processes \xe2\x80\x93 part of Asset Management System (AMS).

5. Establishes a strong support network with maintenance, project, HSSE and facility improvement teams: - to ensure integrated, effective approach to identify challenges, assess improvement opportunities, formulate solutions and influence through execution rightfully

6. Delivers effective cost operations against OPEX targets while continuously drives lean improvement initiatives.

7. Executes other accountabilities which may be included as and when required to ensure successful ORA processes and OPERATE phase of R&M OGP.

Dimensions

1. Project Phase: Reports to Production Manager of Sarawak Gas

2. Operate Phase: Reports to Production Unit Manager

3. Staff Numbers: Direct reports \xe2\x80\x93 9, Indirect reports \xe2\x80\x93 0, Contractors \xe2\x80\x93 10

4. The incumbent will work on 12 hours shift cycle typically 4 consecutive day or night shifts, followed by 4 consecutive days off rotation cycle.

5. R&M OGP produces 800 MMscf/d of Gas and 17kboe/d of NGL at Annual Operating Expenditure (OPEX) of USD 86mln/yr. Gas production is expected to start in 2026 and will be piped to the neighboring Malaysia Liquified Natural Gas (MLNG) complex. R&M fields are situated approximately 220km off the coast of Bintulu. The project comprises a remotely operated offshore platform and onshore gas plant, with infrastructure that includes one of the longest sour wet gas offshore pipelines in the world stretching more than 200km. R&M will be mainly powered by renewable energy; utilizing solar power offshore and hydroelectric power onshore.

What we need from you

1. 9 years of oil and gas experiences in Frontline Operations & Maintenance or Production Engineering

2. Good analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills

3. Well-developed English communication/writing skills, with ability to interface well with teams, regulatory bodies, multi-disciplinary/cultural stakeholders

4. Internal Transfer: MME (Management of Major Emergency); OSC (On Scene Commander)

5. New Hire: Probation period for 1 year to complete minimum criterias specified at number 4 above.

Preferred

1. BTEC Level 4 minimum entry (Professional Diploma in O&G Facility Management unit 1,2,3,4,11,12);

2. A Diploma/Degree in any Engineering disciplines

3. Experiences in Sour Gas Plant, Utilities operation or Integrated Refinery/Petrochemical plant

4. Good command of Bahasa Malaysia language
