Assist with Inbound call inquiries from customers with requests on subscription termination.
Job Requirement
Possess the ability to establish an effective mutual conversation with customers to identify the root cause and provide solutions pertaining to the impacted issue which had resulted in termination requests.
Possess the ability to go the extra mile by negotiating with customers based on the gating options available to retain customers to remain subscribed to Astro.
Possess the ability to handle customers with empathy and able to tolerate objections.
Must possess a high level of emotional quality and patience characteristic to avoid any argument to arise during a conversation with an adamant customer.
A target-oriented person who is able to handle performance expectations set by the company and achieve the target assigned.
Possess good time management skills in terms of attendance, punctuality, short break, and meal break timing adherence.
Able to handle the additional task assigned by Team Manager whenever require without impacting daily productivity
Working Days:
5 days weekly with allocated shift timings (9 am to 6 pm). (Including Public Holidays and weekends)
