Position: Customer Care Crew.
Basic Salary: RM 2500 CARE CREW (CC) Intake: (13th Dec 2023)
Allowances: Shift RM60 Fixed + Technical Skills RM250+ PFP RM300
Working Location: Jalan Were, 93400 KCH
Working Hours: Shift Basis (8am-5pm & 1pm-10pm)

\xef\x82\xb7 To ensure customer satisfaction in providing service information and enquiries, complaints and feedback are attended promptly in professional manner.
\xef\x82\xb7 Handle inbound customers inquiries & request via voice & alternate channel (eg., live chat, email & SMS) regarding billing inquiries, technical
inquiries and general inquiries in English & Mandarin & Bahasa Melayu to support local Chinese customers regarding after-service products.
\xef\x82\xb7 To gather from the customer all the necessary information to fulfil their requirement and enter accurately into the appropriate system.
\xef\x82\xb7 Responsible to ensure customer\'s satisfaction in form of courteous and prompt service and update customers with accurate information.
\xef\x82\xb7 Ensure diligent follow up and fulfil promises made to customers.
\xef\x82\xb7 Establish and maintain good relationships with customers, build better customer experience.
\xef\x82\xb7 Adhere strictly to the contact centre standards operating procedures and guidelines.
\xef\x82\xb7 Any other tasks as assigned by Supervisor.
Requirements
1. Minimum SPM/Certificate (SPM with credit in BM, English & Mathematic) with 2 years related working experience.
2. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
3. Basic computer knowledge (operating computer, MS Office Skills).
4. Willing to work flexible and shift hours.
5. Basic telephone communication skills in both English & Mandarin to support local Chinese customers regarding after-service products, ability to speak in Mandarin language will be an added advantage.
