Requirements:\xc2\xb7Applicants with SPM level qualification and above\xc2\xb7Proficient in English (Read, Speak, Type)\xc2\xb7Fluent Mandarin required for this role\xc2\xb7 Have no issue to work on 7am \xe2\x80\x93 3am Rotational shift (9 hours per shift including 1 hour break time)\xc2\xb7Willing to commit on 5 days work per week and Public Holidays (Rotational 2 off day per week)\xc2\xb7Able to start working on 26th June 2024\xc2\xb7Have no issue to be fully work based at Petaling Jaya, Selangor Office Scopes:\xc2\xb7 Handling all inbound calls, Email, and Live Chat pertaining to customer general inquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related the company\xe2\x80\x99s services.\xc2\xb7 To exceed customer\xe2\x80\x99s expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.\xc2\xb7Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements SLA.\xc2\xb7Troubleshoot technical problems of telecommunication services.\xc2\xb7Assist on solving common technical problems.\xc2\xb7Provide primary technical advice to customers with practical information and tools.
