Requirements:\xc2\xb7Applicants with SPM level qualification and above\xc2\xb7Proficiency in both English and Mandarin (Read, Speak, Type)\xc2\xb7Have no issue to work on 24 Hours Rotational Shift (9 Hours per shift, 5 days per week)\xc2\xb7Able to start working on 24th June 2024\xc2\xb7Have no issue to be fully work based at Georgetown, Penang Office Scopes:\xc2\xb7 Handling all inbound calls, Email, and Live Chat pertaining to customer general inquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related the company\xe2\x80\x99s services.\xc2\xb7 To exceed customer\xe2\x80\x99s expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.\xc2\xb7Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements SLA.\xc2\xb7Respond to customers questions or resolve problems related to their reservation or payment.\xc2\xb7Review and approve request for booking cancellation and refunds.\xc2\xb7Act as phone support for the booking application.
