Able to speak fluently in Mandarin is a must , Proficient in English (Spoken & Written)
Willing to work on Rotational Shift between 7am to 3am (9 hours per shift)
Working day: 5 days per week with 2 rotational off day
Have no issue working on weekend / public holiday
Have no issue to be based at Ara Damansara, Petailing Jaya

Responsibilities

Handling all calls and email pertaining to the customer general inquiries, complaints, comments, feed backs, and other raising issue related to the company\'s product.
To exceed customer\'s expectation in term of customers service & accurate information
Work in team to achieve the require KPI elements

Monthly basic salary RM3,100 + up to RM500 KPI allowance + up to RM400 shift allowance + OT
