Requirements

• Candidate with SPM level qualification.
• Able to speak fluently in Traditional Mandarin is a must (Read, Speak, Type)!
• Basic English is acceptable for this role.
• Applicant must be willing to work on 24 hours Rotational Shift (9 hours per shift)
• Must be able to work 6 days per week when required (with allowance given!)
• Able to join 23rd November 2022 intake
• Must have no issue to be based at PJ office (Ara Damansara)

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls about food delivery services in Taiwan
• Provide information to customers regarding food delivery information.
• To handle all incoming and email calls related to food delivery services
• To provide transportation information to facilitate customer travel
