Proven experience in sales experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus
Work experience in health/supplements or relevant field
Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
A team player with high level of dedication, good interpersonal skills and able to work as a team
Able to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
Responsibilities
Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
Ensure the adequacy of customers-related material
Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports. Monthly checking the customers debtor statement, make sure the customers have clear any outstanding amount.
Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
Make sure your team has arrange the delivery services, courier services of the customer orders with accuracy and timeliness. Inform sales team of unforeseen delays or problems.
Monitor the team\'s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements. Make sure they follow up to get sample from R&D, RA artwork status and latest packaging artwork. Arranging and checking the raw material and packaging arrival date.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies, providing guidance and direction ensuring that team goals are meet.
To build a good cooperative relationships with various department especially RA, R&D, Planner, Production, QA QC, Purchasing and Warehouse.
