Requirements

• High proficiency in English + Mandarin (Both written + Spoken) + Cantonese (Plus Point)
• Candidate possess with 6 months of customer service / call-centre / front desk or any relevant experience is preferred.
• Must be able to work 24 hours rotational shift (9 hours per day, 5 days per week)
• Able to start work immediately (Intake date: 28 June / 5 July)
• Required experience: (Diploma holder) minimum 1 year call centre / customer service; (SPM holder) minimum 3 years call centre / customer service
• Degree Holder (Without experience) is welcomed to apply!
• Experienced in handling livechat would be an added advantage.
• Able to join on intake: 28 June, 5 July

• Resolving customer queries through emails, and live chats and outbound calls.
• Identifying customer needs and assisting them in using specific feature and functionalities in my client\'s social media platform
• Following up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
• Professional customer service skills with a solutions mindset including the ability to deliver an exemplary customer experience
• Constantly work towards improving customer experience
• Handle customers and vendors requests, as well as external communication with them

• Salary package: Basic Up to RM 3,500 + RM 500 Fixed Allowances + KPI Allowance + Night Shift Allowance
• Working Location: KL Sentral (Strategic working location reachable by public transport)
