Responsibilities
Independently create a variety of new dishes.
Collaborate with the owner to customize new menu or recipes.
Handle food preparation, ensuring ingredients are always in stock and that food is served promptly.
Oversee all kitchen operations.
Monitor and manage ingredient inventory.
Control the food budget.
Ensure consistent food quality and presentation.
Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.
