Requirements

• Proficient in English & Mandarin (Spoken & Written)
• Possess a minimum of SPM qualification or above
• Candidate must possess a minimum of 1 year inbound call customer service/call-center/BPO or any relevant experience.
• Experience working in the finance & banking industry is an added advantage.
• Must be able to work 24-hour rotational shift (9 hours per day, 5 days per week)
• Able to start work immediately (Intake date: 3rd April 2023)

• Resolving customer queries through inbound & outbound calls, and emails.
• Following up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
• Professional customer service skills with a solutions mindset including the ability to deliver an exemplary customer experience
• Constantly work towards improving customer experience
• Handle customers and vendors\' requests, as well as external communication with them
• Perform cross-sell on additional bank products and services
• To capture client feedback for future improvement.
• Processing payment and client information in a manner that is precise and safeguards the customer\'s personal and payment information
• Pro-active support to customers to prevent damage to brand loyalty
• Works with other team members in identifying better ways in providing better customer support

• Salary package: Basic RM 4,000 - RM 5,000 + RM300 Language Allowance + KPI & Midnight Shift Allowance (Average overall salary RM 4,000 - RM 5,500/month)
