Job Responsibility Learn theory & practical aspects of all kitchen dishes, including ingredient identifications and maintaining SOPs. Conduct kitchen training and assessments. Construct kitchen audit module aligned with company s direction. Monitor outlet staff performance. Assist in kitchen operations. Proactive in seeking answers and liaising with different departments. Willing to travel locally alone or partner for outstation. Job Requirements Minimum of three years of professional experience in a comparable role, preferably within the Food and Beverage or Hospitality sector. Background in Food and Beverage operations, demonstrating fundamental knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety protocols, and halal practices. Strong analytical skills with a willingness to continually learn and adapt in a dynamic environment. Proficient in both written and verbal communication, with excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia languages. Competent in basic documentation using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint applications. Job Benifits Salary: RM3,500 - RM4,500 +EPF+SOCSO Location: Kota Damansara Willing to start within 1 month
