Minimum with a Diploma certificate.
1 year of customer service experience in a BPO / call centre is compulsory.
Basic knowledge of cryptocurrency.
Must be able to work 24-hour rotational shifts (9 hours with an hour break per day, 5 working days per week).
Able to start working in January or February 2024.
Able to work in Kuala Lumpur (Reachable by MRT TRX).
