The contract specialist will work on the core aspects of the global contract process for large multinational clients and shepherd the contracting process after the Schedule A is negotiated by the lead commercial card salesperson to expedite revenue realization Requirements: - Candidate must degree with 2 years working at least in related field - Legal background preferred - Analytical skills - Negotiation skills - Strong client facing and internal/external communication skills - Strong organizational, project management and communication skills and the ability to plan and execute against a multi-faceted contracting process - Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong organizational and interpersonal skills. - Ability to develop and build strong relationships - Committed and trusted team player with keen focus on deadlines - A self-starter with a willingness to drive change Overall Responsibility: - Involved in complex regional, or large global, deals Whilst the Salesperson will lead negotiation of the standard global terms - The Contract Specialist for global deals would facilitate o Negotiation of regional and local country contracting schedules with support from Legal and Product teams o Assembly of executable packages per market o KYC coordination with Banking and/or Cash AM/CE o Credit allocation with Banking for Asia countries - Will work to track and ensure execution of all the Affiliate agreements and his/her assistance will be sought in relation to required documentation including but not limited to TSA, NDA etc. - Need to develop strong relationships with partners in Legal, Global/ Regional Card Sales, Solution Sales, Banking, Regional Card Product, and the Global Implementation Team.
