Job Description
- To design the system based on the requirements analysis done with stakeholders (such as Engineering, Production and QCD).To do system development, testing and debugging as per project\'s schedule.
- Test and confirm systems functions are within the business functions and requirements in order to ensure the system developed is feasible for live run and accepted by users
- Prepare Training and Support Manual in order to train users to have proper understanding to utilize the system.
- Learn the technicalities of new systems for future system maintenance and improvement.
- Provide consultation and solution as per user request in Helpdesk.
- Coordinate and provide after office hours support to users should systems face any problems or abnormalities.
- Conduct periodical system performance optimization maintenances to ensure the systems run at optimum performance.
- To request expense and investment budget to Section Manager during budget preparation time and prepare investment proposal to Investment Committee should any solutions need investment.
- Perform all other related duties as assigned by Section Manager or HOD.
Full responsibility to maintain and improve business management systems related to CIM or ERP systems to ensure the IT\'s operating smoothly.
