The R&D Executive is responsible for creating innovative furniture designs, improving existing products, and optimizing manufacturing processes. This role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure high-quality, functional, and aesthetically pleasing furniture offerings that meet market trends and customer preferences.

Responsibilities:

Design innovative furniture pieces aligned with market trends and customer preferences. Identify and evaluate new materials to enhance furniture quality and sustainability. Translate design concepts into physical prototypes for testing and refinement. Collaborate with production teams to improve manufacturing processes. Develop testing protocols to ensure products meet industry standards and customer expectations. Stay updated on furniture design trends and analyze competitor products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align R&D efforts with business goals. Able to do programming for cnc machine

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in relevant field (Industrial Design, Engineering, etc.). Proficiency in design software like CAD (Computer-Aided Design). Creativity, attention to detail, and strong aesthetic sense. Problem-solving skills and ability to find innovative solutions. Knowledge of furniture materials, manufacturing, and industry trends. Effective communication and teamwork skills. Previous furniture design or product development experience is a plus.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
